Denise DeNicolo, LPC-S, LCDC, NCC
Denise DeNicolo is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas. Prior to residing in Texas she was also licensed in the states of Georgia and North Carolina. She holds a masters degree in Counseling and Human Services from State University of New York at Oswego.
Her experience with diverse populations with serious mental illnesses, military personnel, and working in her private practice is focused on balanced well-being for adolescent and adult populations. Sessions are goal oriented in helping the client gain insight into what may be causes of the current struggle and finding effective skills for change. Denise conducts court-ordered child custody and adoption evaluations for judges and attorneys.
Denise's mission is to offer ethical and effective treatment for people regardless of race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.
As a Texas State Board approved supervisor, she provides supervision to LPC-Interns working toward permanent licensure. Various consultations services are also available to new mental health professionals.
Denise served on active duty in the US Army and is the spouse of a 30-year US Army veteran.
